Hey, I'm Yaniv
Founder, Startup Systems
Startup Systems was born from a simple yet ambitious idea: To create founder-focused programs that truly make a difference. I spent over a decade building and managing startup programs around the globe, helping founders raise over $100 million in funding and scale their ventures into new markets. Along the way, I discovered a vital truth: impact-driven programs require more than just ambition—they demand operational excellence.
I come at this from an unusual angle — architecture, AI research, and a decade of running programs across three continents. From accelerators and incubators to government initiatives and corporate innovation labs, I partner with leaders who share my passion for building programs that deliver real, measurable results.
Based in Israel and operating globally, I’ve worked with clients like the Israeli government, Haifa University, GROW Accelerator, Start2 Group, CivicLabs, and leading organizations across the public and private sectors to design and manage high-impact programs. Whether it’s streamlining operations, crafting strategies, or scaling digital tools, my approach is grounded in a commitment to helping my clients achieve lasting impact.
An Open Letter to Startup Program Managers
If you're reading this, you're probably the person everyone turns to when the cohort is confused, a mentor goes silent, or a partner suddenly wants to add something to the program.
I've been there. For over a decade, I've been the person behind the scenes at accelerators—designing systems, untangling operational chaos, and making sure founders get real value instead of innovation theater.
I've worked with programs like MassChallenge, 500 Global, and Techstars. I've led operations at GROW and Start2 Group. Along the way, I've helped founders raise over $100M and expand into new markets.
But here's what I'm most proud of: building systems that let small teams punch above their weight.
Here's what I believe:
80% of accelerator programming is fluff. The 20% that matters? Personalized support, tight operations, and designing backwards from outcomes—not forwards from big dreams.
Good systems don't limit creativity. They create space for it. When your ops run themselves, you can focus on what actually moves the needle: helping founders build sustainable businesses.
You shouldn't be spending 40% of your week copy-pasting data between tools or firefighting issues that could've been prevented with better setup. Or feel like the program would fall apart if you took a vacation.
That's what Startup Systems is about: giving you the frameworks, tools, and straight talk you need to run programs that deliver—without burning out in the process.
If you're tired of duct-taping your stack together and want systems that scale, you're in the right place.
Let's build something better.
